As most of the areas of UK are entangled in storm Eunice, Big Jet TV is live streaming the landing of flights at Heathrow airport.
The two Air India pilots are earning praises for skillfully landing Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft amid gusty winds.
London is observing its first-ever "red" weather warning which forced many airplanes to abort landing or circle around the airport, also known as "go-around".
The video was recorded by Jerry Dyers, the founder of Big Jet TV channel for aviation enthusiasts.In the video, Dyers is heard saying, “Just checking to see if he’s gonna land. Winds are gusting. It looks like he’s got it.”Once the plane hit the runway, he says, “A very skilled Indian pilot there.”
Captains Anchit Bhardwaj and Aditya Rao were at the controls.Air India too praised its pilots."Our skilled pilots landed in London when many other airlines couldn't," said an Air India official.
Twitter was flooded with tweets, appreciating the courage and professionalism of pilots.
Storm Eunice has grappled many parts of Europe, as 16 people have lost their lives so far. Fierce winds toppled trees and roofs and power services were disrupted in millions of homes.
