Chandigarh, January 14

Players around the world have their own ways of celebrating an accomplishment in their respective game but Pakistan’s pacer Haris Rauf has come up with something unprecedented, where he flaunted a unique style while celebrating a wicket.

With the rapidly surging Covid, the message in Rauf’s gesture was loud and clear.

The Pakistan bowler, who is playing for Melbourne Stars in the BBL, dismissed Perth Scorchers opener Kurtis Patterson in the third over and what followed was just amazing.

After taking the wicket, Rauf acted as if he was sanitising his hand, and then actually whipped out a mask from his pocket and put it on.

"That's a celebration I have never seen before," said the on-air commentator.
