The school team emerged victorious in the Khelo India U-13 Women’s League, securing the top spot with an unbeaten run and 25 points. The league, organised by the Himachal Pradesh Football Association in collaboration with the All India Football Federation, featured six teams from Hamirpur district competing in 30 matches over a span of 10 days. HAPS received a prize of Rs 50,000 as the champion. Aahna from Him Academy Public School was declared the best scorer in the league. The event was graced by the presence of Deepak Sharma, Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Football Association, who expressed gratitude to the Indian Sports Authority and the All India Football Federation, highlighting the pivotal role of such competitions in fostering women’s football in the state.
