Tiny tots of Class I were overwhelmed with the fun-filled activity wherein they used waste materials like cardboard, ice cream sticks, straw and coloured sheets to create their 'Dream Houses'. The learners used their imaginative and creative skills and involved their parents too to build up their little paradise.


St Joseph’s Sr Sec School, Chandigarh

The teachers of the school's Kindergarten Block conducted a puppet show to teach kids good manners in an entertaining way. Puppets encourage one's imagination, creativity and emotional development and help learning in a fun way. The teachers enacted a story using hand puppets. Through the story, tiny tots were taught five magic words thank you, welcome, please, sorry and excuse me. They were motivated to use these words in their daily communication as it shows a sense of responsibility. All the children enjoyed the show.


Manav Rachna International School, Mohali

A virtual cultural show was organised wherein children represented various states dressed in their traditional attires and talking about the authentic cuisines of that culture. The virtual show was a big hit as everyone enjoyed, learnt new facts and danced on cultural songs, too.


Mount Litera Zee School, Karnal

Mother's Day is a special day, for all children and mothers as it celebrates the bond of love and affection that is everlasting. The students took this opportunity to express their gratitude for their mothers' love by creating beautiful cards, planting a sapling on their mother's name as a token of love and also designing masks for their mothers. A special virtual assembly was also held for students of Nursery to Class XII to celebrate Mother's Day.
