Simranjit Singh Mann tests positive for Covid, shifted to Patiala hospital

Newly elected Sangrur MP Simranjit Singh Mann has tested positive for Covid. After receiving his report, the health authorities referred him to a Patiala hospital. The MP’s family said he was fine.

Doctors treating Mann said he did not have any major Covid symptoms. A doctor said: “He has a history of heart ailment, therefore we have conducted echocardiogram. He is stable. Besides, his oxygen saturation is normal.”
