Release pending dues: Baler assn

Bathinda, July 21

Members of the Punjab and Haryana Baler Association (who make bales of paddy stubble) met here and aired their concerns over not getting fair price for collecting stubble from fields. They said the cost of diesel and other input material had increased manifold but there was barely any increase in their income. — TNS
