Release Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar: Parkash Singh Badal to Arvind Kejriwal

Former Chief Minister and SAD patriarch Parkash Singh Badal today called for immediate release of Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar “in the larger interest of consolidating peace and communal harmony in Punjab.”

Badal urged Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal not to allow communal bias or political or electoral opportunism to dictate his decision and refusal to grant immediate clearance for release of Bhullar, who is convict in 1993 blast case. “Bhullar must be released without a even a moment’s delay as he had already served his full term in jail,” Badal said.
