Chandigarh, July 22

Punjab Police have discredited an audio conversation that is being regarded as an exchange between gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and a person who informed former about Sidhu Moosewala’s successful killing.

"It is not Lawrence Bishnoi's voice in the phone recording," said an official who interrogated Bishnoi a number of times.

“We know his voice," he added.

Police sources also said the tone of the viral conversation is weird.

"If a shooter will call his master about the successful work, he would inform him excitedly in the first breath. Not after firstly asking if he (Lawrence) was free to talk,” official said.
