Punjab moves HC over bail to Sumedh Saini

Chandigarh: The Punjab Government has moved the Punjab and Haryana HC against the grant of anticipatory bail to ex-DGP Sumedh Singh Saini in Multani disappearance case by an Additional District and Sessions Judge. Saini was given bail before the addition of murder offence to the case. TNS
