Rajya Sabha MPs Partap Singh Bajwa and Shamsher Singh Dullo today met Union Home Minister Amit Shah over missing farmers from Punjab during the Republic Day incidents.

The MPs, in a representation submitted to the Home Minister, sought details of the missing farmers detained by the Delhi Police and requested for their early release.

The two MPs were informed that the police would publish the details of over 100 farmers on their website. Furthermore, both the MPs have also offered help in tracing the missing persons.

Congress MP Manish Tewari and ministers Sukhjinder Randhawa and Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria also met Shah. — TNS
