Amritsar, December 5

Former CM Capt Amarinder Singh has been declared a ‘tankhaiya’ (guilty of religious misconduct) on the charges of deceitfully scuttling the Bargari morcha against sacrilege incidents by parallel acting Jathedar of Akal Takht Dhian Singh Mand today.

Mand, who spearheaded the Bargari morcha, pronounced a ‘hukamnama’ against Capt Amarinder outside the Akal Takht Secretariat in this regard.

Mand appealed to Sikhs to boycott Capt Amarinder socially and politically till he appeared before Akal Takht to clarify on the failure of the government in delivering justice in the Kotkapura and Behban Kalan cases. — TNS
