Moga man dies of cardiac arrest in Philippines's Manila

Moga, April 16

A 36-year-old man from Vairoke village in this district died of cardiac arrest at Manila in the Philippines, his family said here on Saturday.

His father Gurdeep Singh said his only son, Randhir Singh, had been running a finance company in Manila for the past many years. He died of cardiac arrest on Friday evening.

He said that the Punjabi community living there had impressed upon a local gurdwara committee to send the body to India.

BKU Krantikari leaders Lal Singh and Sarmukh Singh have urged Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to help the family in bringing back the body.
