Former Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal admitted to Chandigarh's PGI; condition stable

94-year-old former CM has been admitted to Advanced Cardiac Centre

Ninty-four-year-old former Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has been admitted to the PGIMER, Chandigarh, with mild fever.

In a statement PGIMER said the former Chief Minister is admitted in Advanced Cardiac Centre of the institute. His condition is stated to be stable and he is under observation of a team of doctors. 

Earlier, SAD spokesperson Daljeet Singh Cheema said Badal had mild fever since last evening and was undergoing a medical examination at the PGI.
