Confer Bharat Ratna on Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru, Manish Tewari tells PM

Comes ahead of Modi's rally in Ferozepur

Anandpur Sahib’s Member of Parliament Manish Tewari has asked the central government to posthumously confer Bharat Ratna on Indian revolutionaries Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru.

“Dear @PMOIndia 26th January 2022 is coming & you are coming to Ferozpore Punjab Today. Do announce Bharat Ratna for Shaheed-E-Azam’s Bhagat Singh, Shiv Ram Rajguru & Sukhdev Thapar Rename Chandigarh Airport as Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh International Airport Mohali –CHD,” Tewari, a Congress leader, said in his post.
