Arrest Bhoa MLA for assault on youth, says SAD

Condemning the alleged thrashing of a youth in the Bhoa area of Pathankot, SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal today said a criminal case should be registered against MLA Joginder Pal and he should be arrested immediately.

Addressing mediapersons in Bathinda, Sukhbir said: “An SC youth was beaten for asking the Bhoa MLA about his lack of performance. I want to ask CM Charanjit Singh Channi to tell people what message his government wanted to give to the youth of the state.”

Meanwhile, the party’s youth wing held a protest seeking the arrest of Joginder Pal. — TNS
