The protesting PSEB Engineers Association today warned that Punjab may face “power interruptions” due to “shortage of manpower”. In a letter to the PSPCL management, the association said: “Most unions/associations are on mass casual leave from November 15 and the same has been extended till December 6...Punjab could face power interruptions due to manpower shortage.” — TNS
