PPCC gen secy Yoginder Pal Dhingra addresses Cong workers in Sanaur

In the wake of the upcoming elections next year, the general secretary of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC), Yoginder Pal Dhingra, addressed a Congress workers’ meet at Naina Khurd village in Sanaur block of the district.

Addressing the gathering, Dhingra said while selecting the candidates to fight for the upcoming Assembly elections, the Congress high command would give tickets to only those people who pass the test of merit.

He said Congress workers, who are foot soldiers for propagating the policies of the party and have been working at the grassroot level, would be considered for the party ticket.

Dhingra was accompanied by two observers of the Congress —Sanjay Thakur and Harpreet Singh.

The Congress workers’ meet was organised by Mansimrat Singh. Singh is a Congress youth worker from Sanaur block of Patiala district.

Thanking the general secretary and two observers, Mansimrat said he had been working tirelessly for the people of Sanaur.
