Discussion on global issues at Chitkara University

Patiala, February 8

In an attempt to empower the youth, the Association of Students in Economic and Commercial (AIESEC) organised “Youth Speak Forum 2020” at Chitkara University today. The platform brought together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues by implementing sustainable development goals.

More than 900 students attended the event. The theme of the event was “Grow, evolve and Impact”, which means to grow as a person, evolve into someone you have always aspired to be and impact the world with what you do.

Keynote speakers at the forum include Sanjana Sanghi, Bollywood actress, Raj Shamani, an 23-year-old entrepreneur and business Influencer, Niraj Gera, an internationally acclaimed photographer, Aarohi Pandit, world’s first pilot to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean in a light sports aircraft and Aarun Chaudhry, head, Retail at Delhi Duty-Free Services.
