FIR against Kwality Ltd for bank fraud

New Delhi: The CBI has registered a case against Delhi-based dairy products company -- Kwality Limited -- and its directors for allegedly cheating a Bank of India-led consortium and causing a loss of over Rs 1,400 crore. It also conducted searches at eight locations in connection with the case. The FIR has been lodged against the firm and its directors Sanjay Dhingra, Siddhant Gupta, Arun Srivastava besides other unidentified persons, a senior official said. TNS
