Ex-Union Minister Buta Singh in ICU

New Delhi: Former Union Minister Buta Singh (86) underwent surgery after he was rushed to the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) following brain haemorrhage on Monday. He is in the ICU. The senior Congress leader, who served in the Indira Gandhi Cabinet, suffered a stroke on Monday morning, his family said. Buta Singh also served as the Governor of Bihar and West Bengal. TNS
