Teacher’s Day celebrated in Blue Bells Public School

Ludhiana: Blue Bells Public School (BBPS) celebrated Teacher’s Day to thank its faculty for their commitment towards teaching. A DIY card-making contest was organised to mark the occasion. Children made beautiful cards and sent videos of the cards to their favourite teachers. Deepak Aggarwal, president, BBPS, congratulated the teachers for inspiring and nurturing the students. He said Teacher’s Day was a wonderful occasion to extend gratitude to all teachers.

SAV Jain Public School

Students of SAV Jain Public School, Hussainpura, Ludhiana, celebrated Teacher’s Day from their homes. They showed gratitude and respect to their teachers by sending video messages and greeting cards to their teachers through WhatsApp. Principal Manisha Talwar appreciated the students for their love and gratitude towards their teachers. She also appreciated the teachers who were leaving no stone unturned in providing the best education to the students during the pandemic.

Kundan Vidya Mandir

Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines, celebrated Teacher’s Day. The celebrations were held through Google Meet app. Kundanites expressed gratitude towards their teachers through a beautiful video. A melodious song, ‘Nadiya chale, chale yeh dhara’, motivating everyone to move on in life despite the odds and oddities, was presented by the teachers. While addressing the teachers, Kapil Gupta, manager, of the school managing committee, urged them to grow as a team to strengthen the rich legacy of the 80- year-old educational institution. Ashwani Kumar, secretary, Kundan Lal Trust, appreciated the faculty for their untiring efforts to reach out the students during the pandemic and said the teachers could make a huge difference in the lives of the students by adopting the role of facilitators. VK Goyal, chairman, of the committee, said the teachers were playing an important role in these changing times. Later, Sonia Victor, an employee, proposed a vote of thanks.

BCM Schools

Sunil Kant Munjal, chairman of the Foundation, addressed principals and teachers of all BCM Schools on Teacher’s Day in a virtual meeting. Munjal congratulated the principals and teachers for switching over to online teaching swiftly and smartly managing the crisis. The principals shared the best practices adopted by their schools during the Covid-19. Munjal motivated the teachers to continue learning latest innovations and adapting to technology for teaching in a better way. Students expressed their love and gratitude for their teachers. They wished their teachers in numerous ways such as reciting self-composed poems, painting beautiful e-cards, singing songs, creating videos and presentations.
