Talent Hunt Competition

Ludhiana: Drishti Dr RC Jain Innovative Public School organised a Talent Hunt Competition to give a platform to students of Class 1 to showcase their entertainment skills. Students exhibited various skills through dance, songs, comedy and many more. Principal Gauri Chhabra motivated and appreciated the students adding that events like these not only help the participating students to show their abilities but also motivate other students to come up front and show their hidden potential.

Anjali shines with 94.67% marks

Students of Commerce Department, Ramgarhia Girls College, Ludhiana, excelled in the Panjab University exams. Anjali Thakur of B.Com Semester III secured the first position in the college by getting 94.67% marks, Arashdeep Kaur with 94.33% stood second & Komal, Kareena Rawat and Preeti Rawat with 94% shared third position, respectively. Officiating Principal Dr Rajeshwar Pal Kaur congratulated students on their success and appreciated Dr Ajit Kaur, HOD, Department of Commerce and other faculty.

Lecture on career counselling

An extension lecture was organised at Malwa Central College of Education for Women, Ludhiana on career counselling. SK Tiwari, Director, IBT Pvt Ltd, was resource person of the day. The lecture was attended by the staff and students of BEd and MEd. Dr Mohua Khosla, Dr Nerotma Sharma and Dr Tripta from the college were organisers of the event. Dr Sharma complemented the resource person for choosing a pertinent topic as pupil teacher need to know about various avenues of work which are open for them.
