MP Sanjeev Arora reviews ongoing projects in Ludhiana district

Ludhiana, June 18

Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora reviewed various development projects of Ludhiana district. He directed officials concerned to accomplish all ongoing projects within the given time-frame.

A meeting in this regard was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s office last evening. Deputy Commissioner Surabhi Malik, Commissioner of Police Dr Kaustubh Sharma, MC Commissioner Dr Shena Agarwal, senior officials from the administration and GLADA.

Arora asked the municipal authorities to ensure proper cleaning of entire drainage system of the city to prevent waterlogging during rains. He also took stock of ongoing different road projects being executed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), besides emphasising on timely completion of these projects.

Arora also reviewed progress of the Ludhiana Airport and MPLAD scheme projects.
