Five armed miscreants robbers forcibly took away a Maruti Breeza, a mini SUV, from a hosiery machine trader near Kadian village here late last evening. The Salem Tabri police have started a probe to arrest the suspects.

Complainant Aman Arora, a resident of Bhamian Kalan, told the police that yesterday after closing the factory he was heading towards his house in his vehicle.

When he reached near Malhotra Palace, he took the wrong side of the road to reach its other end. Five masked persons, who were chasing him on their motorcycles, waylaid him.

Police personnel immediately reached the spot and started a probe.
