Man posing as 'cop' booked in Ludhiana

Ludhiana: The Division 7 police have registered a case against a man who had recorded a video while wearing a police uniform. The suspect has been identified as Kulwant Singh Dhillon of MIG Colony, Sector 32. The police said they received information that the suspect, wearing a police uniform, had recorded a video in which he suggested liquor as a remedy for Covid. Sources said the suspect was an artist. Mobiles found on jail inmates

Ludhiana: The jail staff have recovered four mobile phones from four inmates of the Ludhiana Central Jail. They have been identified as Manvir Singh, Jagdip Singh, Jatin Malhotra and Raj Kumar. Mobiles were recovered from them when the jail staff conducted a surprise check of the barracks. TNS
