GGNKC offers new courses

Ludhiana: Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College (GGNKC) has started nine new diploma courses related to various subjects and fields recognised by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, during the 2020-2021 academic session. Dr SP Singh, president, Managing Committee of Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College, said vocational diploma courses in the fields of telecom, mobile technology, website designing, performing arts, video production, print and electronic media, management, computer science, office automation, healthcare, customer care, physiotherapy and sports, etc. are being launched by keeping in view the emerging employment prospects in the related fields in the country. He said even before this, in addition to these new diploma courses, the college has already started the vocational diploma courses in commerce, management, computer science, tourism etc. under the community college scheme recognised by the UGC, New Delhi. He further said four B.Voc courses in these fields are also being run successfully in the college. TNS
