Four smugglers nabbed by Sidhwan Bet police

The Ludhiana (rural) police nabbed four smugglers, including a woman, and recovered narcotics and illegal liquor from them.

The Sidhwan Bet police nabbed a woman, identified as Shindo Bai, a resident of Malsiha Bajna and recovered 25 bottles of illegal liquor. The Sadar Jagraon police nabbed two smugglers and recovered 20 kg of poppy husk from their possession. The Jagraon police also nabbed Baljinder Singh alias Bhutto of Sidhwan Kalan and recovered 12 bottles of illegal liquor from him. —TNS
