Ludhiana, June 16

The Daresi police today arrested four persons who attacked their neighbour and even the police. The suspects have been identified as Ashok Gupta, Sachin Gupta, Deepak Gupta and Ajay Gupta.

The complainant, Rakesh Jain, said the suspects had been throwing chicken bones on his house rooftop. When he asked Sachin to stop this practice yesterday evening, he started arguing with him. Later, he called his aides who attacked his family members.

“The accused also damaged our two-wheelers. They also attacked the police who came to control the situation,” Jain said. The police said raids were on to nab the remaining suspects.
