Ludhiana: The annual general meeting of the Fastener Manufacturers Association of India has unanimously elected Narinder Bhamra as its president for two years. Raj Kumar Singla, senior vice-president of the association, said due to Covid crisis the normal election process was not safe for members so he proposed the continuation of present team for next term and members approved the proposal of Singla with full majority. He said the president would nominate other office-bearer of the association which was approved unanimously by the members present there. — TNS
