Experts should be roped in to help people. The first step is creating awareness about mental health issues in the wake of the pandemic. Anyone suffering from any kind of psychological problem should not ignore it by any means. Psychological and mental health issues, if not addressed at the inception, can assume serious proportions. The signs of psychological problems have to be checked. These include “changes in sleep or eating patterns, difficulty in sleeping or concentrating, worsening of chronic health problems, worsening of mental health conditions, increased use of tobacco, and/or alcohol and other substances.”
