With the onset of summer season and monsoon, comes the threat of milk spoilage, said Dr Amandeep Sharma, College of Dairy Science & Technology, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana.

To prevent the degradation of milk quality during summers and rainy days, the dairy owners and milk handlers must keep focus on its handling so that best quality can be provided to the consumers, plants and shops.
