CBSE Class X, XII students appear for first exam

Ludhiana, February 15

The examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) of Class X and XII kickstarted today.

The exam was scheduled for 10:30 am, for which students were asked to reach the examination centre by 10 am.

Students of Class X appeared for vocational subjects — Retailing, Security, Automotive, Introduction to Financial Markets, Introduction to Tourism, Beauty and Wellness, Agriculture, Food Production, among others.

There were 23 exams schedule for the day for the students of Class XII. Optional subjects —Healthcare, Retail Operations, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Music Production, Electrical Machines, were scheduled for today.

Paramjeet Kaur, principal of BCM School, said today’s exams went well and students reached the examination hall on time.

A student, coming out of the examination centre in a jubilant mood, said the exam was easy and he comfortably completed the exam within the stipulated time. —TNS
