AS College organises webinar

AS College, Khanna, organised a webinar on the topic ‘Covid-19 and Changing Human Environment’ to celebrate World Environment Day. The webinar was presided over by Principal Dr RS Jhanji and was organised by Dr Sanjay Talwani, Head, Biology Department.

The two resource persons Dr Charanjit Singh (Retd) Deputy Director from Punjab Polution Control Board and Dr Dharinder Tayal, Director, Anvus Institute of Clinical Research delivered the key note address.

Both suggested that to protect environment, nature should be protected because most of the cures of several diseases is present in the

biodiversity.

In the end, Dr Sanjay Talwani thanked the audience, speakers and especially Dr Rajan Manro for taking care of online aspects of the webinar and disseminating essential information.
