Activists of Muslim outfits burn French flag

Activists of various Muslim outfits of the local town and surrounding villages vented out their fury against France and other countries for allowing blasphemy against Prophet Mohammad.

Protestors resolved not to allow disrespect to Prophet Mohammad during the concluding session of Namoos-e-Risalat Conference held at Dehliz Road at Ahmedgarh on Wednesday.

Earlier, activists led by Mufti Zia-ul-Islam and Kari Furkan Ahmed burnt the national flag of France to protest against France President Emmanuel Macron. The organisers also made activists walk on portrait of Macron and flag placed on road.

Convener of the event Zeshan Haider said activists of 12 Muslim outfits of the local town and surrounding localities, led by Naib Shahi Imam Usman Ludhianvi, Sarkari Mufti Irtakarul Hassan Kandhalavi and Maulana Mujtaba Yazdavi, general secretary, Imartey Shariya, Punjab, had announced to launch a coordinated movement against forces disrupting global peace.
