The Ludhiana police have booked 32 persons on the charge of curfew violation at separate nakas.
The Daresi police have booked Abdul of Haibowal, Sagar of Begowal and Mohd Wasir of Sangrur after they were caught selling vegetables near Karabara Chowk without curfew licence.
The Salem Tabri police have booked Santokh Singh of Partap Singh Wala, Mohd Sahid of Malerkotla and Gurpreet of Tarn Taran, Harvinder of Lohara, Mohan of Khasi, Bhagwant of Rajewal as they were selling vegetables with a large number of people gathered around them. The Salem Tabri police have booked seven persons for selling vegetables at a soap factory.
The Dugri police have booked Jasraj Singh of Dugri on the charge of roaming on the road. The Division 6 police have booked two persons who were selling eatables on road.
A few persons have been booked by the Daba police, Shimlapuri, PS8, PS 7 and the Meharban police for curfew violation.
