30 fresh Covid cases in Ludhiana district

Ludhiana, August 5

Today, a total of 30 people tested positive for Covid in the district. With this, a total of 1,12,657 have tested positive since the outbreak of Covid in Ludhiana district and a total of 3,004 people have lost their life to the deadly virus since March 30, 2020, when first death was reported in the district. There were 254 active cases out of which 238 have been asked to isolate themselves in their homes while 16 are admitted in private hospitals.

Recovery rate of Covid-19 patients has gone down to 97.11 percent.
