Prateik Chaudhary on keeping up with the competition

Show comments

The competition in the entertainment industry is high. Even though opportunities are increasing, actors mostly take up projects that they are most comfortable with to avoid doing multiple things at the same time. Actor Prateik Chaudhary is presently going through a similar phase. He says, “I can relate to this because I am doing this show Sindoor Ki Keemat now, and also getting calls for different projects. If possible, I would have done multiple shows together, but I don’t want to compromise with the quality of my work just to make money or to be in the competition.”

He adds, “To be honest, if given a choice I would not have thought much about social media and stuff. But life has changed and it’s a digital world now. People are more active on social media nowadays rather than before. So, actors not only have to work on their craft but also on other things.”
