Show comments

Actor Aman Gandhi, who is seen as Ayushman in Zee TV’s show Bhagya Lakshmi, has had a very interesting journey. Despite having a great career, the actor chose to take a huge leap of faith to pursue his dreams. “After MBA, I was working at a global automobile company as an assistant manager, but I knew that this wasn’t my dream,” reveals the actor. He adds, “At the back of my mind, I always wanted to be an actor. Because I was good at mimicry, people around me had always found me entertaining. I knew this was the way to go considering acting has always been my passion. So, I finally gathered courage to convince myself and my parents to follow my passion.”

He continues, “While I was pursuing a full-time job, I would focus on learning acting during the

weekends. It took me a while to finally muster the confidence to come to Mumbai. Even when I moved here, there were many struggles to deal with. I remember I had bagged a show, even shot it, but it never made it to TV.”
