Harshad Chopda, who is part of the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai trilogy, talks about his role and the show

Tell us about your character, Abhimanyu Birla, in the show…

Abhimanyu is a doctor by profession, but a man with zero personal life experiences!He has worldly experience, like he has been to good schools and colleges, knows his work, and even does well at the hospital, but is unaware of things beyond that; his emotions are all driven towards his work.

What made you say yes to the character?

The way the role has been written is very interesting and the character has a lot of scope.

How much do you relate to your character you essay?

I think the character is shaping me in many ways!

How was the experience of working with Rajan Shahi and his team?

It was a wonderful experience.

YRKKH symbolizes relationships and the same reflects on the sets; what are your views on it?

This place has its traditions. It is all about human values and relationships. I feel blessed to be a part of this show.
