It is crucial to have a healthy balance between your mind and body, especially in today’s time when everybody is worried about Covid-19.

Speaking on how to cope up with the stress, actress Priyanka Purohit, the lead actor of Sony Sab’s show, Tera Kya Hoga Alia, says, “I believe in taking a break and rebooting my mind during quarantine. I pray and hope that this global crisis comes to an end soon and urge everyone to stay safe and take care of themselves and their loved ones. I feel meditation really helps or any activity that you enjoy doing.”

She further says, “I interact with people, who are progressive. The company you keep has a huge impact on your mind and therefore your body. So, I think it is necessary to be with people you are happy with and I strongly believe that a happy mind is the home of a healthy body.”
