The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) will be conducted this year in February, if we put the right efforts in the right direction, then cracking this entrance would be easy. The CMAT question paper comprises 100 MCQs from Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness. The best strategy while preparing for CMAT is as follows;

 Knowing strong and weak areas: In CMAT the difficulty level is not much, so it can be expected that students will face less problem in solving most of the questions. But then if you’re taking a national management test like CMAT you can expect some competition, so to overcome this scenario you should focus more your weak areas and try to improve these. By this time you must know about your strong and weak points are, so design your strategy accordingly.

Jog up through the formulas and key points: As CMAT is just a few days away now, so this is the time to start revising the formulas and key points in the quant and DI section and try to memorise them for the D-Day. This will help you to be more comfortable with the Quant and DI section.

 Current Affairs: CMAT also has questions on GK, which are mostly on the current affairs on topics like India/World economy, political scenarios, and other important changes that have taken place in the past six months. You can tackle this section by reading online articles, newspapers, etc, Read and try to remember the past six months' important events.

Mock tests and online material: After brushing up your basics on quant, reasoning, and language, you should start practicing more and more on each topic separately and try to solve at least 1 mock test paper per day. The key is that practice more so you get more chances to cracking CMAT.

plenty of study material is available online, try to soak in as much as you can. You can also consider study material offline by some coaching institutes

 Form a strategy: A strategy in approaching the CMAT exam is very important, as important as the syllabus preparing part, if you don’t form any strategies you will get indulge in wasting time on unnecessary issues and resulting in a bad overall score and that will not be good. Now the question arises how to form and what to form in a strategy, so a perfect answer would be if you had attempted enough mock tests and had prepared on almost every topic, you will get to know the structure of your strategy thoroughly.
