Senior Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Bureau, Jalandhar, Diljinder Singh Dhillon said the accused JE was arrested on the complaint of one Tarlochan Singh of Sarmasatpur village. The complainant approached the Vigilance and said he was a marginal farmer and had applied for a transformer of agricultural power supply for his tubewell.
