IMA honours minister Brahm Shankar Jimpa

Hoshiarpur, April 17

The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Hoshiarpur, honoured Cabinet minister and local MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa in its monthly meeting here on Sunday. The IMA invited Jimpa to its meeting as the guest of honour. The meeting was held under the presidentship of Dr Rajesh Mehta. Dr Naresh Sud, former president of Hoshiarpur IMA, while conducting the stage informed the gathering that Jimpa started his political career in 2003 by becoming a municipal councillor. By his hard work and honesty, he rose to become a Cabinet minister in such a short time. Dr Gursimran Kaur, co-chairperson, women doctors’ wing (IMA), presented a power point presentation on the rising atrocities on doctors.
