In a move towards advancing healthcare excellence, Pulwama Deputy Commissioner Basharat Qayoom presided over a meeting held for comprehensive overview of National Quality Assurance Standards, while delving into policies, checklists, assessment methods, and various levels of quality assurance.

Emphasising a commitment to excellence, Qayoom directed the recommendation of additional facilities for certification, underscoring the district’s dedication to achieving and surpassing stringent healthcare benchmarks.

A key aspect of the meeting was emphasis on inter-departmental coordination to address local-level gaps efficiently, fostering a collaborative approach among departments.
