Mehbooba Mufti’s mother Gulshan Nazir skips ED questioning

PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti’s mother Gulshan Nazir, who was summoned by the ED to appear before it on July 14, did not turn up for questioning and recording statement under the PMLA, citing she was not provided with the case details by the agency, sources said.

In a communication to the ED, Nazir had sought case details, like the FIR or the specific allegations of transactions that she needed to answer. The ED had summoned Nazir on July 6 hours after the PDP decided not to meet the Delimitation Commission. — TNS
