4 CRPF men hurt in grenade attack in Baramulla district

Srinagar, July 30

Four CRPF troopers and a civilian were injured in a militant grenade attack in Baramulla district on Friday.

The police said militants attacked a CRPF party in the Khanpora locality of Baramulla town with a grenade.

“Four troopers, including an ASI, were injured. One civilian also received splinter injuries. They have been shifted to a hospital for treatment, the police said, adding the area was surrounded for a search operation. — IANS
