123 new Covid cases, 1 death in J&K

Srinagar/Leh, July 19

J&K recorded 123 fresh Covid cases and one death on Monday, taking the tally and fatalities to 3,20,024 and 4,365 respectively, officials said.

Of the new cases, 51 were from the Jammu division and 72 from the Kashmir division of the UT. The active cases have dropped to 1,773 as 3,13,886 people have recovered so far.

Ladakh reported 11 new Covid cases. The UT’s tally has reached 20,257. As many as 19,948 patients have recovered. Out of the fresh cases, eight were reported from Leh and three from Kargil. The active cases have come down to 103. — PTI
