Kartik Aaryan, who is gearing up for his next release, Love Aaj Kal, recently grabbed headlines for posting a cutest throwback picture with his mother to wish her on her birthday. In this Kartik is seen cross-dressed as a girl and had his hair pulled in two plaits. The throwback picture was a tribute to his “hairstylist”, his mother. The actor took it a notch higher by surprising his mother by introducing a new member to the family. Well, it’s a new car that Kartik bought for his mother.

Reportedly, Kartik’s mother had mentioned about a car to him back when he wasn’t so popular. She didn’t know which car it was that she liked. However, the doting son remembered his mother’s words and promised himself to buy one for her and voila, on her birthday, he presented her with the car. And not only that, he also took her for a ride in it. The actor has bought a British racing green convertible Mini Cooper.
