With no Political Background, Youth leader Papal Kapoor appointed as Block President of Congress

Ludhiana: It is believed that every prominent leader has strong political background and links. But in case of Sahil Kapoor popularly known as Pappal Kapoor the hard work, dedication and honesty for party has made him Popular Young leader of Ludhiana.

Born in middle class family, Papal Kapoor is presently block President of Congress party and blue eyes boy of MP, MLAs and other senior Congress leaders.

Papal Kappor has entered in politics from his college days. He was Class Representative of his class and active in sports and other activities apart from academics. After college, he joined Youth Congress in 2011 and campaigned for party in General Assembly Elections. Papal Kappor was booth delegate for Congress party.

Later on, Papal Kapoor contested Youth Congress election in 2015 and become Vice President of Atam Nagar constituency in Ludhiana. Later, he was elected as Secretary of Youth Congress Ludhiana district.

Due to his hardwork and dedication for Congress party, Papal Kapoor came close to MLAs and MP of Congress party. It is well known that whenever Congress party organise any roadshow, rally, demonstration, Papal Kapoor was assigned duty to manage the show and bring youngsters at the event.

Congress Councillor from Ludhiana Parvinder Singh Lapran said that Papal Kapoor is his close aide and he played significant role in his victory. If people of his ward and Atam Nagar constituency has any work in Municipal Corporation or in any other government department, the work is done in just few hours with a single call to Papal Kapoor.

Due to his honesty and dedication for party, Papal Kapoor was appointed Block President of party in Atam Nagar constituency.
