Mirza Ali Faisal Appeals for Urgent Support for Father's Battle Against Blood Cancer

Show comments

Delhi, 17th January 2024 - Mirza Ali Faisal is currently seeking assistance for his father, Mirza Ali Afzal Baig, who is facing the challenges of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Blood Cancer). Mr. Baig is currently undergoing treatment at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute Research Centre in New Delhi.

In a heartfelt message, Mirza Ali Faisal reflects on the significant influence his father has had on his life, stating, "Throughout my life, my father has been a source of inspiration and support. His resilience and optimistic outlook on life have been truly remarkable. When we received the news of his diagnosis, it was a difficult moment for us. However, my father's strength and assurance that he would recover have been our guiding lights."

Given the medical recommendations for immediate chemotherapy and immunotherapy, the family is facing a financial challenge in covering the costs of the treatment. Unfortunately, the lack of adequate funds has resulted in a delay in initiating the required medical procedures, emphasizing the critical need for community support.

The estimated cost for the necessary treatment is approximately INR 15 Lacs, a substantial amount that the family is unable to afford independently. Mirza Ali Faisal emphasizes, "Meeting this financial requirement is beyond our means, making this fundraising initiative our only recourse."

Mirza Ali Faisal humbly reaches out to the community, expressing, "I kindly request your support during this challenging time. Your contributions towards the treatment would mean a great deal to us."
